The BMS hardware consists of the main control (BCU) and the slave control (BMU). Due to the complex structure of the BMS, a large number of automotive PCBs are required.
Electric Drive
It consists of a motor, a transmission mechanism and a converter. The automotive PCB is mainly used in the inverter and DC/DC devices in the converter. The motor is mainly responsible for the mutual conversion of electrical energy and mechanical energy; the transmission mechanism transmits the torque and speed output by the motor to the main shaft of the car to drive the car; the converter mainly includes two devices, an inverter and a DC/DC, both of which require the protection of the automotive PCB and supports, greatly increasing the usage of automotive PCB.
